The members of the Board of Real Estate Service who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Eduardo G. Ong, Chairman; Florencio C. Diño II and Rafael M. Fajardo, Members.
The results were released in three (3) working days after the said examination.
Starting August 26, 2016, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag) and 2 sets of documentary stamps.
All registrants are likewise required to submit an original copy of Surety Bond for three ( 3 ) years (with certificate of good standing from the Insurance Commission), minimum amount of which is P 20,000.00, with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as Obligee.
For government employees, no Surety Bond is required, but instead, submission of a notarized original Certificate of Employment showing that such appraiser license is an eligibility requirement of his/her employment from their respective offices.
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.

MANILA, Philippines – The 'August 2016 Real Estate Appraiser board exam results', together with the list of passers, top 10 examinees, top performing schools and related announcements will be available at this website soon as PRC officially released the results online 5-6 working days after the last day of board examination.
The licensure examinations were administered by PRC Board of Real Estate Service headed by its Chairman, Dr. Eduardo G. Ong and its members Florencio C. Diño II and Rafael M. Fajardo on August 9-11, 2016 at PRC testing centers in Manila, Zamboanga and all regional offices nationwide.

RELEASE DATE
According to the Commission’s Resolution No. 2015-948 series of 2015 entitled “Schedule of Licensure Examination for Year 2016”, the target release date for the results August 2016 Real Estate Appraiser board exams will be on August 19, 2016 (Friday). However, results may be released earlier or later without prior notice.
On the same exam conducted by PRC on April 2016, results were out after six (6) working days.
REGISTRATION DATE & REQUIREMENTS
Aside from the itemized results posted above, these important registration schedule, requirements and fees shall be secured by a successful examinee.
- The schedule of online appointment for issuance of Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be announced by PRC.
- Registration requirements: duly accomplished Oath Form, latest/current CTC or cedula, 1 piece of colored passport ID picture with white background and nametag, 2 sets of doc stamps and 1 short envelope with name and profession written.
For Manila board passers, PRC is strictly implementing the online registration system for processing of appointment for registration effective March 30, 2016, details of which is written here.
EXAMINATION COVERAGE
The Real Estate Appraiser board exam covered topics from Fundamentals Real Estate Appraisal (Fundamentals of Real Estate Principles and Practices; Standards and Ethics; Theories and Principles in Appraisal; Human and Physical Geography; Real Estate Finance and Economics; Land Management System and Real Property Laws) and Professional Appraisal Practice (Methodology and Appraisal Approaches; Valuation Procedures and Research; Practical Appraisal Mathematics; Appraisal Report Writing; Appraisal of Machinery and Equipment; Case Studies; Government Assessment Principles and Taxation; Geographical Information System and Current Events).
PREVIOUS EXAMS
During April 2016 Real Estate Appraiser licensure exams, 1,271 out of 3,794 examinees passed. Britanny Sumagaysay from Saint Louis University ranked first having 88.50% rating. She was followed by 3 passers garnering 87.50%. They were Larrgie Lores from University of the East Manila, Serafin Omaña Jr. from University of the Philippines Diliman and Jeno Un from Xavier University.
